Every Tueday 9:30-10:30

This is a place for young artists to explore, experiment, express and evoke curiosity. The art activities give opportunities for self directed creativity, imaginitive play through the visual arts. The art classes will also foster language development, gross and fine motor skills, build confidence and bring joy.

Parents/caretakers are there to help guide the artists’ along thier creative journey. The time spent making art is about the process and discovery verses perfect art.

The projects presented below are the main projects for the day. During the 1 hour class there other projects and activities for the young artists’ to explore. Join freinds and create everlasting memories while having fun and getting messy.

  • Self Discovery: Novmeber 19

    Self Portraits….

    This art class will focus on self-portraits. Aritsts will explore their creativity by painting, printing and building self portraits, while observing their reflections in a mirror. These activities help develop fine motor skills, self-awareness, imaginationa and confidence as they learn to express themselves visually.

  • Explore, Play, Create December 3

    This art class will be set up with a variety of differnt stations. Artists will have the freedom to choose and move about as they please. The stations will allow artists to explore, experiment, observe, build, create and play.

    Art and play are powerful forms of self-expression and creativity that stimulate imagination and emotional growth. They encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation while providing a sense of joy and relaxation. Engaging in these activities fosters mental well-being, reduces stress, and enhances cognitive and social skills for individuals of all ages.

  • Snow-n-Imagination December 10

    Artists will be making their own snow and snowflakes…

    Creating snow and snowflakes is an enchanting blend of science and art, mimicking nature's intricate designs. Exploring snowflake patterns inspires artistic expression, revealing the beauty of symmetry and uniqueness in every flake. This creative process bridges the natural and artistic worlds, sparking wonder and creativity in every frosty detail.
